Eligibility Requirements

There are several ways to qualify for services below

Option 1

You may be eligible if you receive the following below:

  • SNAP Benefits (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)

  • Medicaid

  • SSI (Supplemental Security Income)

  • FPHA (Federal Public Housing Assistance)

  • VA Benefits

Option 2

You may be eligible if your total income falls under 80k for the previous year

What documents do I need?

  • If you receive government assistance please provide a copy of your current benefits letter.

  • If you’re applying based on your income please provide 1 of the following below

    • Copy of your 2023 W2 Form

    • Unemployment Benefits Letter

    • Six (6) Consecutive Pay Stubs
